BRIDESMAIDS

Wonder what was with the massive jam around Bandar Utama yesterday night. Even One Utama parking lots was long queue after the car tickets machine. It took us 45 minutes to reach there. Straight away rushed to GSC to collect Bridesmaids movie tickets from Churp Churp counter.

After collected tickets, we simplified the decision to dine at Mc Donalds' instead. Another purpose of dining there was to grab my Smurfette toy.Unfortunately, this week Smurfs toys were all out of stock.Bumped into long time no meet college mate at escalator on the way to McD.

Back to Bridesmaid movie review. There were some technical problem occurred halfway through the movie played. Saw the film roll burned on screen and the whole cinema hall went black out. This was the first time I experienced such incident.

Synopsis :

Kristen Wiig leads the cast as Annie, a maid of honor whose life unravels as she leads her best friend, Lilian ( Maya Rudolph), and a group of colorful bridesmaids (Rose Byrne, Melissa McCarthy, Wendi McLendon-Covey and Ellie Kemper) on a wild ride down the road to matrimony. Annie's life is a mess. But when she finds out her lifetime best friend is engaged, she simply must serves as Lilian's maid of honor. Though lovelorn and broke, Annie bluffs her way through the expensive and bizarre rituals. with one chance to get it perfect, she'll show Lilian and her bridesmaids just how far you'll go for someone you love.

Kindda pity Annie who got a guy that couldn't commit in their relationship. The guy act like she did everything is for her own good.All he wants is to fool around with girls and not appear in any function with Annie to avoid being called as her boyfriend. Such a jerk!

My favorite character would be the Miss little perfect, Helen. She is so perfect in the eyes of public with the look, dressing and wealth. She wants things to go her way even for the

bachelorette 's night , bridesmaids dress, gift to Annie and wedding night. It didn't end up like what she expected tho.

However, Lilian wasn't happy after back from Paris trip with Helen. Though she asked Annie not to come for her wedding after they quarrel. Friend are always friend, how could she be happy without the wishes from Annie? They able to patch the conflict up lastly. True friendship!

Overall, a plain humorous created on purpose movie.Acceptable jokes yet not too lame. A movie that recommended for a bunch of girlfriends to watch together. Rate : 7/10
